Four seasons on live missions
Air ambulance crews wore prototypes on winch operations through Norwegian winters. Shell geometry, mount positions and retention all changed on their feedback.
One certified shell, configured per mission. Pre-preg carbon top shell, multi-density EPS and threaded inserts for mounting accessories.

Mountaineering, industrial, water rescue, wildland fire and eye protection on the same structure, so one helmet covers work that normally takes three.

Fibres pre-impregnated with a controlled amount of epoxy: an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, extreme rigidity and no air pockets. The same material aerospace and motorsport specify.
The outer shell is fused to the EPS liner during moulding, so it cannot crack or separate away from the liner under impact. One piece, lighter on the neck, and room for larger vents.
Two foam densities crush sacrificially to absorb and spread impact energy. Moisture-resistant and insulating, but single-use: it deforms permanently to do the work.
A nylon framework moulded into the liner carries the anchor points. It stops the shell splitting apart, keeps protection continuous through a second impact, and allows bigger ventilation ports.
Accessories bolt on instead of strapping on: headsets, goggles, high-lumen lights and NVGs to a standardised anchor point, with rear battery packs to balance the load.
Sweet Protection goggles with RIG lens technology, adapters for third-party communication systems, and fittings for a wide range of lighting.
